Ceremony Planning

Marcia will schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet with her and discuss your ideas for your nuptials.

A detailed planner folder with samples of different ceremony elements will be given to to you, as well as suggestions that can help you with the ceremony concept you have in mind.

You will receive all the assistance you need for developing your personalised vows to make your wedding ceremony a truly one of a kind event!

Creative Ceremony Writing

Once you have decided on the elements of your wedding ceremony, Marcia will write your entire nuptials in a draft format for your review and critique.

Upon your acceptance of the draft, you will receive a copy of the final written ceremony to assist you in practicing your vows and to feel confident with the flow of the ceremony.

Wedding Coordination

Marcia is happy to work hand-in-hand with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator, if you have one, to assure that all aspects of your Wedding Ceremony are carried out smoothly and effortlessly... just the way you want it!

Wedding Rehearsal

As an option, Marcia will facilitate at your wedding rehearsal with you and your attendants to choreograph the sequences and timing in which your ceremony will flow. A practice ceremony will be performed with all members of the wedding party so all will feel comfortable and confident with their participation and roles in your wedding.

Wedding Celebrant

Marcia will preside and officiate over your wedding ceremony, and coordinate the signing of your Marriage Certificate by your witnesses after the ceremony – often the Best Man and Maid/Matron of honour for your wedding party.

If you wish, Marcia will be happy to pose with you for your photographer in photographs you may want included to commemorate your wedding.

Marriage Registration

Marcia will handle the registering of your Marriage documents with Births, Deaths and Marriage of Victoria office after the wedding.

Wedding Keepsakes

You will receive a printed Marriage Certificate, as well as a lovely printed copy of your entire personalised wedding ceremony as a special keepsake in remembrance of your special day.
